Behind this Gateway Casinos Sudbury guide

Nickel Route is an independent travel guide to Gateway Casinos Sudbury, signed by a team rather than a person, and it is not the casino. This page sets out who writes it, where its facts come from and how it is paid.

About the guide

A shared name on every page

The Nickel Route team signs the guide. It is a shared name with no single writer behind it, so no page carries a personal byline. The guide is written independently of the casino it covers.

It is not Gateway Casinos, not OLG and not the venue's own website, which sits at sudbury.gatewaycasinos.com. No bets are taken here. Accounts do not exist either, so there is nothing to open, fund or close.

About the guide

The woman in the pictures

The young woman with the auburn ponytail who appears in the pictures was drawn by an image model for this guide. She is not a real person. She does not work at the casino, she is not the author, and she wrote nothing here. Her face should not be read as a member of staff at the door or as a guest on the floor.

About the guide

Where the facts were read

Nickel Route checked its facts on October 14, 2026. Casino details came from the venue's pages as saved by the Internet Archive, since the live site turns automated readers away. Gateway's list of properties and its news release about the live tables supplied the rest. Ontario rules came from the AGCO, OLG, iGaming Ontario and ConnexOntario.

Every distance is a straight line between the casino's map point and an OpenStreetMap town point. None is a road distance or a drive time. For the road itself, the route buttons open a map. When the casino does not publish something, such as holiday hours, the guide calls it unpublished and adds nothing.

About the guide

How the guide is paid

Paid links appear on the home page only, and each carries an Ad tag. There are three of them: the button in the menu, a strip under the opening screen and a box near the bottom. All three lead to one private online casino business. It pays Nickel Route a commission, may be swapped for another, and has nothing to do with the casino on Bonin Road.

The guide has no forms, comments or logins. Your browser stores only the light or dark setting, and only for the open tab.
